How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days in the EU and 5–10 business days to Switzerland after dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes – shipping is free on orders of €49 or more within the European Union. For other orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay import VAT or customs duties?
Some items ship from partner warehouses outside Switzerland or outside the EU. Depending on your country, import VAT, customs duties or carrier fees may apply. Where they can be collected at checkout, they are shown before you pay; otherwise the carrier may collect them on delivery. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. This includes and extends the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers. Contact us and we'll guide you through the return.
How do the digital guides work?
The Animora Dog Training Guide and Cat Care Guide are PDF downloads. You receive a download link by email right after purchase – no shipping needed.
